Who can take part

  • You are between 30 and 50 years old.
  • You have both periodontitis (advanced gum disease) and bruxism (teeth grinding or clenching).
  • You are generally healthy and have no chronic health conditions like diabetes or heart disease.
  • You do not have a history of mental health disorders.
  • You are not taking certain medications that affect gums (like phenytoin, cyclosporine, calcium channel blockers, or antidepressants).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
