This study collects blood and tissue samples from patients with rare immune system diseases that started in childhood, and from their relatives and healthy volunteers. The goal is to build a biocollection for future research to better understand these diseases.

Who can take part
- You or your family member has a rare immune disease that started before age 18
- You are a relative of someone with one of these diseases
- You are a healthy volunteer with no active infections, cancer in the last 5 years, autoimmune disease history, or immune system problems
- Weight must be more than 5 kg (about 11 pounds)
- You or your parent/guardian must sign a consent form
- You must be covered by social security
