  • You are between 20 and 40 years old.
  • You have had pain in the sacroiliac joint (low back/buttock area) for at least 1 month.
  • Your pain is mild to moderate (not severe).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 20 and 30.
  • You do not have inflammatory or rheumatic diseases, a history of spinal fracture, spinal surgery, or a neurological disorder like multiple sclerosis.
