Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by a doctor.
  • Your Parkinson's is at an early to moderate stage (Hoehn and Yahr Stage I, II, or III).
  • You can walk on your own for 10 minutes without help.
  • You do not have severe vision or hearing problems.
  • You do not have a heart condition that limits physical activity.
  • You have not had brain surgery.
