  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by a doctor
  • You are between 45 and 85 years old
  • You can walk at least 15 meters with or without a walker or cane
  • You are stable on your Parkinson's medications
  • You live with a family member or caregiver who can help you
  • You have no serious heart, lung, or other uncontrolled health issues
