Who can take part
- You have a type of cancer that is advanced and cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body.
- You have not received any prior treatment for your advanced or metastatic cancer.
- Your tumor must test positive for a marker called Claudin18.2 (a protein on the surface of some cancer cells).
- You must be healthy enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0-1) and have adequate heart, liver, and kidney function.
- You have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on a scan.
- You must not have other cancers (except for certain types), active hepatitis B or C, HIV, syphilis, or brain metastases.
