Who can take part

  • You have a type of advanced cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body.
  • You have not had any prior chemotherapy or other cancer treatment for your advanced cancer.
  • Your tumor tissue tested positive for a protein called Claudin18.2 (this is checked on a biopsy sample).
  • You are in good general health, able to take care of yourself, and have normal organ function.
  • You do not have active infections like hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or syphilis, and no cancer in the brain or spinal cord.
