Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have an advanced solid tumor that has failed standard treatment or for which no standard treatment exists.
- Your tumor or blood must show a specific genetic change: either CCNE1 amplification, or a mutation in FBXW7 or PPP2R1A.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured or seen on scans.
- You must not have had certain cancer treatments (like chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or radiation) within 4 weeks (or 2-8 weeks for some types) before starting the study drug.
- You must not have untreated or worsening brain metastases, or other serious lung, stomach, or health conditions.
