Who can take part

  • Your cancer must be on the left side of your colon or in your rectum.
  • You must not have had chemotherapy for cancer that has spread (metastatic) before.
  • Your tumor must not have a BRAF V600E mutation and must be microsatellite stable (MSS).
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor on scans.
  • You must be in generally good health (ECOG score 0 or 1) with adequate organ function.
