Who can take part

  • You are a mother or father living in Spain with a teenager who has a mental health problem.
  • You have a computer, tablet, or phone to use the online program.
  • You have time to attend evaluation sessions.
  • You are motivated to learn positive parenting skills.
  • Your teenager is between 10 and 19 years old.
  • Both you and your teenager speak Spanish at a basic conversational level (A2).
