Who can take part
- You are between 19 and 44 years old.
- You have upper back pain or discomfort.
- You have forward head posture (your head sits forward of your shoulders).
- You have reduced mobility in your upper back (thoracic spine).
- You have increased rounding of your upper back (thoracic hyperkyphosis).
- You do not have any of the listed medical conditions, such as spinal fusion, scoliosis, or recent fractures.
