Who can take part
- You are between 25 and 45 years old
- You have forward head posture (measured by a specific neck angle test)
- You experience moderate to severe neck pain
- You have moderate to severe neck disability (difficulty with daily activities due to neck problems)
- You are not currently in physical therapy for your neck or shoulders
- You are not taking prescription pain medications and have no diagnosed neurological or inner-ear conditions
