Who can take part

  • Your baby must be 4 months old when they join the study.
  • Your baby must have already had 2 doses of a specific polio vaccine made by IMBCAMS.
  • Your baby has not yet received the third dose of a polio vaccine.
  • Your baby was born full-term (between 37 and 42 weeks of pregnancy) and weighed at least 5.5 pounds (2500g) at birth.
  • Your baby's temperature before the shot must be below 99.1°F (37.3°C).
