Who can take part
- You are between 30 and 89 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 32.
- You do not have significant heart, liver, kidney, or other major health problems.
- You are not taking certain medications, like steroids or immune-suppressing drugs, within the required time before the study.
- If you have Parkinson's disease, you must have been diagnosed within the last 6 months to 11 years and be in stages 1 to 3.
- If you take levodopa for Parkinson's, you must be on a stable dose and be able to skip it for at least 12 hours during the study.
