Who can take part
- This is your first baby (you have not given birth before).
- You gave birth vaginally without forceps, vacuum, or C-section.
- You have pelvic pain that started after childbirth and still bothers you 8 weeks later, with a pain level of at least 4 out of 10.
- You do not have a torn or detached pelvic floor muscle (levator ani).
- You do not have a copper IUD in place.
