This study tests whether special core (belly and back) exercises can help improve standing balance, walking, and movement in children with diplegic cerebral palsy. It is designed for children who can already walk and have mild to moderate leg tightness.

Who can take part
- Your child has been diagnosed with diplegic cerebral palsy (legs affected more than arms).
- Mild to mild-to-moderate leg muscle tightness (spasticity grade of 1 or 1+ on the Modified Ashworth Scale).
- Your child is between 4 and 10 years old.
- Your child can walk on their own (GMFCS Level I or II).
- No Botox in the legs in the past 6 months, and no surgery on the ankle or knee.
