This study compares two types of exercises—Frenkel's exercises and core stability exercises—to see which helps children with ataxic cerebral palsy improve their balance and movement. The goal is to find the best way to help your child stand, sit, and move more safely.

Who can take part
- Your child must be between 6 and 12 years old.
- Your child must have a diagnosis of ataxic cerebral palsy.
- Your child must be at level II or III on the Gross Motor Function Classification System (this measures how well your child can sit, stand, and move around).
- Your child must be able to understand simple instructions and be able to sit and stand with or without help.
- Your child must have a balance score of about 55 out of 56 on the Pediatric Balance Scale.
- Your child cannot have severe learning problems, vision issues, inner-ear balance problems, uncontrolled seizures, or major bone or joint problems that make it hard to move the legs.
