  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You are generally healthy (no major long-term illnesses like heart disease, diabetes, or cancer).
  • You feel stressed and have a score on a stress questionnaire between 27 and 40.
  • You weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg) if male, or 99 pounds (45 kg) if female, and your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 29.9.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, and you agree to use birth control during the study.
