Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 5 and 14 years old and in good general health.
  • Your child must be enrolled in school and attending regularly.
  • Your child cannot have a diagnosed mental health condition (like anxiety, ADHD or depression).
  • Your child cannot be taking any prescription medications or supplements for sleep, anxiety, depression or ADHD.
  • Your child must be able to give their own agreement to participate, and you must agree to follow the study schedule.
