- You are not taking any prescription sleep, depression, or anxiety medication.
- You don't have a serious health condition like asthma, depression, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, insomnia, sleep apnea, multiple sclerosis, kidney disease, liver disease, or heart disease.
- You don't smoke, use nicotine, or drink more than 21 alcoholic drinks per week.
