Who can take part
- You must have a biopsy-confirmed prostate cancer with a Gleason score of 6 or 7 (grade group 1, 2, or 3).
- Your cancer must be localized (not spread to lymph nodes or other organs) and you have not had any prior prostate cancer treatment.
- You must have had a prostate biopsy within the last 1 to 6 months, and at least one core of that biopsy must have been guided by MRI.
- You cannot have chronic prostatitis or an active infection in your prostate or urinary tract.
- You must be in generally good health, with no major problems with your bone marrow, kidneys, liver, heart, or lungs.
