Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older.
- You have early-stage breast cancer (stage I or II) with a tumor 2.5 cm or smaller.
- You are scheduled for breast-conserving surgery (lumpectomy).
- If your tumor is non-invasive, a vacuum-assisted core biopsy is okay; if invasive, you have not had that type of biopsy.
- You can understand the study details and agree to participate.
