Using FET-PET scans to guide treatment for possible pseudoprogression in glioblastoma

Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of glioblastoma, IDH-wildtype, WHO grade 4
  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your follow-up MRI (done at least 3 months after completing chemoradiation) shows new or increased enhancement within the radiation area
  • Your doctor is uncertain whether this MRI finding is due to pseudoprogression or tumor recurrence
  • You have not had any previous treatment for tumor recurrence
