Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with high blood pressure for at least one year and are on a stable medication for the last month.
  • You are not pregnant and do not have a chronic lung disease like asthma or COPD.
  • You have not taken any anxiety or sleep medication in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have a psychiatric condition like bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.
  • You have a home blood pressure monitor and can use it on your upper arm.
