- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have a confirmed adenocarcinoma (a type of colon cancer) on the right side of your colon.
- Your cancer has spread to nearby lymph nodes but not to distant organs, as shown on a CT scan.
- You are in good overall health (ASA score I-III and ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have not had chemotherapy or radiation before this surgery.
