Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You do not have diabetes and your blood sugar is below 126 mg/dL.
  • You have not taken steroids, psychiatric meds, certain water pills, or beta blockers in the last 2 weeks.
  • You have not taken dietary supplements, herbs, or weight loss meds in the last 2 weeks.
  • You have no uncontrolled health conditions, serious liver or kidney disease, or had stomach/intestinal surgery.
  • If female, you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
