Who can take part

  • You had a baby by cesarean section (c-section).
  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 30, or your waist-to-hip ratio is less than 1.
  • You do not have any hernias in your belly area or have had previous open abdominal surgery.
