Who can take part

  • Your abdominal muscles are separated by more than 3 cm
  • It has been at least one year since you gave birth or since you lost weight and your weight has stayed the same for a year
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is below 30
  • If you are a man, the separation must be both above and below your belly button
