Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and cannot be removed with surgery.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after or you couldn't tolerate standard chemo (including fluoropyrimidine, irinotecan, and oxaliplatin).
- Your tumor is MSS (microsatellite stable) or pMMR (mismatch repair proficient).
- You are able to do your daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
