Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have advanced colorectal cancer that is called microsatellite stable (MSS) or proficient mismatch repair (pMMR).
  • You can have had prior treatment with immunotherapy or anti-angiogenic drugs (like bevacizumab).
  • Your doctor has determined that your general health level (ECOG score) is 0, 1, or 2.
  • You have had at least one check-up after starting treatment to see how it worked.
  • Your life expectancy is at least 3 months, and you have been on chidamide for more than 3 weeks.
