  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are a caregiver for a cancer patient
  • You scored 90 or below on the Barthel Index (a measure of daily living activities)
  • You have at least a primary school education
  • You have no current or past psychiatric diagnosis
  • You have no vision or hearing problems that make communication hard
  • You live in Istanbul
