Who can take part

  • You are between 45 and 55 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 25 and 30.
  • You are past menopause and have moderate to severe hot flashes.
  • You have sleep problems that score above 5 on a sleep quality test.
  • You have not had emotional stress in the last 6 months, and you are not taking certain medicines, herbs, or hormones, and you do not work night shifts, and you do not have nerve problems in your feet.
