Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread and can't be removed with surgery or radiation, or you have another solid tumor that hasn't responded to standard treatments.
  • You do not have a known genetic change (like EGFR or ALK) for which approved pills are available.
  • You have already tried a PD-1/PD-L1 drug (like pembrolizumab) plus platinum chemotherapy, and it stopped working.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and you are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
