Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 75 years old.
- You must have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor (cancer that has spread) and at least one measurable tumor on a scan.
- You need to be physically active enough to do light work (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You need adequate organ and bone marrow function (determined by blood tests).
- If you have started other cancer treatments (chemotherapy, radiation, or other immunotherapies), you must have completed them at least 4 weeks before starting this study.
- You cannot have active brain metastases, significant bleeding risk, or uncontrolled fluid buildup in the chest or abdomen.
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
