Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a type of soft tissue sarcoma (like liposarcoma, leiomyosarcoma, or undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma) or melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread.
  • You have not had certain treatments before, depending on your cancer type: for liposarcoma or leiomyosarcoma, you have not had too much doxorubicin; for undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma, you have had at most 2 types of antiangiogenic pills and not certain immunotherapy drugs.
  • You are healthy enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your organs are working well.
  • You agree to use birth control during and for 6 months after the study, if applicable.
