Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with advanced cancer that has not improved with standard treatment or has no effective treatment.
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-1) and expected to live longer than 3 months.
  • Your major organs (heart, liver, kidneys, blood) are working well enough.
  • You agree to use birth control during the study and for 6 months after treatment ends.
  • You have not had another cancer in the past 2 years and have recovered from side effects of prior treatments.
