Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You are having your first shoulder replacement surgery on that side.
- Your surgery will be done at the University of Utah.
- You do not have a heart pacemaker, spinal cord stimulator, or other implanted electrical device.
- You have not had surgery on the shoulder blade area or nerve damage on that side.
- You are willing to follow the rehab plan after surgery.
