- You had a sexual trauma or other serious trauma in the last two months
- You have at least mild symptoms of post-trauma stress, like nightmares or jumpiness
- You are 18 years or older
- You can read and write in Swedish
- You are not currently in another trauma-focused therapy
- If you take antidepressants, the dose has been stable for at least two weeks
