- You have PTSD symptoms that score at least 25 on a CAPS assessment
- Your PTSD came from a single traumatic event (not repeated/extensive trauma)
- You can read, write, and understand Swedish
- You have chronic pain that significantly interferes with daily life
- You can do about 5 hours per week of therapy/rehab activities and participate actively
- You have stable medication (if you take any), and you have internet access on a phone or computer
