Who can take part

  • You are between 25 and 75 years old and live in the United States
  • You can read and speak English
  • Your PHQ-9 depression questionnaire score is between 5 and 24 (mild to moderately severe)
  • You have not used antibiotics in the last 4 weeks
  • You are not currently following a FODMAP, Keto, or Paleo diet, and are willing to change your diet
  • You have no active stomach or gut disease, and no recent suicidal thoughts
