- You have a body mass index (BMI) between 27 and 44.9 (based on height and weight)
- You have moderate to moderately severe symptoms of depression
- You have reliable Wi-Fi at home and can read and understand English
- You are willing to be assigned to either a weight-loss program, depression treatment, or both
