  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have stomach cancer or cancer where the stomach meets the esophagus that can be removed with surgery.
  • You have not received any prior cancer treatment like chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy.
  • You are healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have no active hepatitis B or other serious infections.
  • You agree to use effective birth control during and for a period after treatment.
