Who can take part
- Had a heart attack (ST-elevation type) within 12 hours of symptoms starting
- Already had a procedure (angioplasty/stent) to open the artery that caused the heart attack
- At least one other heart artery has a narrow spot greater than 50%, and that artery is at least 2.5 mm wide
- Age 18 to 85 years old
- Able to give written consent after the heart procedure
