Measuring pain with a finger device in NF1

Neurofibromatosis Type 1

Who can take part

  • You must have a diagnosis of NF1 (from a doctor or genetic test).
  • You must be at least 1 year old.
  • You need to have at least one finger or toe without any open cuts or sores.
  • You or your caregiver must speak English or Spanish (if the child is under 5, the caregiver must speak English).
  • For children under 18, a caregiver must be willing to help with the study tasks and device.
