Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You can have an MRI scan with a dye called gadobutrol (gadolinium) injected into your vein.
- You are covered by health insurance (social security).
- You either have no symptoms of a neurodegenerative disease but have a risk factor (like a family gene mutation, REM sleep behavior disorder, or abnormal brain proteins), or you are a healthy volunteer without any risk or symptoms.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and do not have any MRI contraindications (like metal implants or allergy to the dye).
