A new talk therapy for hard-to-treat anxiety and depression

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with depression or an anxiety disorder.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have tried at least two different treatments (medication or therapy) that did not work.
  • You speak German well enough to take part in talk therapy.
  • If you take medication, you must be willing to keep your current dose steady during the study.
