New drug combo vs standard for relapsed DLBCL
Treatments studied
Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer clinical trials.
This trial tests a new combination of drugs (tafasitamab + lenalidomide + gemcitabine + oxaliplatin) against a standard combination (rituximab + gemcitabine + oxaliplatin) for people with DLBCL that has returned or stopped responding to prior therapy. The goal is to see if the new combination works better.

This trial studies whether the combination of tafasitamab and lenalidomide can work better and be safe for people whose large B-cell lymphoma has returned or did not respond. It may help by targeting lymphoma cells and supporting immune activity, while monitoring side effects closely.
This trial tests a new combination of three drugs (EZH2 inhibitor, glofitamab, and gemcitabine/oxaliplatin) for patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has stopped responding to or come back after prior treatment. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink the cancer and help patients live longer.
This study looks at how well a combination of two drugs, tafasitamab and lenalidomide, works for people with a type of lymphoma (DLBCL) that has come back or hasn't responded to treatment. After the combination, patients continue with tafasitamab alone. This is for patients who cannot have a stem cell transplant.
This trial tests a combination of two targeted therapies, polatuzumab vedotin and glofitamab, for people with DLBCL that either came back within 12 months of R-CHOP or never went away. The goal is to see if this two-drug approach can help when standard chemotherapy has not worked well.
This trial tests a combination of chemotherapy drugs for people with a type of lymphoma called diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has either come back early or never fully responded to first treatment. The goal is to see if this drug combination can help control the lymphoma.
This trial tests a combination of targeted antibody drugs (polatuzumab vedotin and rituximab) plus two chemo drugs (gemcitabine and oxaliplatin) for people with DLBCL whose cancer returned after their first treatment and who cannot have a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if this combination works better as a second-line treatment.
