Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with endometrial cancer, and it has been confirmed by a tissue sample (biopsy or surgery).
- Your cancer's molecular type is pMMR (also called MSS) and does not have a POLE mutation.
- The tumor tissue being studied is from your original surgery, not from a later recurrence.
- You have not had chemotherapy within 14 days, or other cancer therapies (like radiation, hormones, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy) within 21 days before giving a sample.
- You have never been treated with a KIF18A inhibitor drug.
