  • You are a woman aged 18 to 99 with breast cancer stage 0 to III.
  • You are planning to have one or both breasts removed (mastectomy) with or without reconstruction in the next 2 weeks.
  • You speak English.
  • You live within 50 miles of Bronx County, New York.
  • You do not have a current untreated mental health condition and are not pregnant.
