Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), a type of liver cancer.
  • You must not have ever been treated with a TKI drug (like sorafenib or lenvatinib) for your cancer.
  • Your liver function should be at Child-Pugh grade A or B (not grade C).
  • You should not have any other types of cancer, serious heart/lung/kidney problems, or uncontrolled inflammatory conditions.
  • You must be able to take sorafenib without serious allergy or intolerance.
