Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older.
- Have advanced liver cancer confirmed by biopsy or a specific imaging result (LI-RADS 5).
- Have already tried treatments meant to target the cancer locally (surgery or locoregional therapy) but the cancer wasn’t eligible for cure by those, or it continued/progressed afterward.
- Have not more than one other active cancer at the same time (unless it won’t interfere with study treatment).
- Your body’s function should be fairly preserved (ECOG 2 or less) and your liver function should be in the Child-Pugh A category.
- Be able to do study follow-up for at least 12 weeks, have enough measurable tumor areas on scans, and meet blood/liver/kidney lab thresholds (including platelets, hemoglobin, INR, albumin, bilirubin, and liver enzymes).
